Refund Policy

General Policy

Sautech Inc provides digital services, technology solutions, consulting, and business services. Due to the nature of these services, all payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Sautech Inc.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment was made

  • Payment was processed in error

  • Service was not delivered as agreed due to a fault solely attributable to Sautech Inc

  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Lack of usage of services

  • Failure to provide required information or documents

  • Delays caused by third parties (banks, gateways, APIs, regulators, partners)

  • Compliance rejections or onboarding failures

  • Regulatory denials

  • Merchant account rejections

  • Gateway, KYC, AML, underwriting, or verification failures

  • Subscription fees already billed

  • Setup fees

  • Integration fees

  • Consulting or advisory services

  • Custom development work

  • Digital products

 

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Payments are billed in advance

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • No refunds for current or past billing periods

One-Time Services

For one-time services, once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Sautech Inc before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Account termination

  • Service suspension

  • Blacklisting from future services

  • Legal action where applicable

 

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–15 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

  • Transaction and processing fees are non-refundable

 

Taxes and Fees

All taxes, processing fees, gateway fees, compliance fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
